How do I learn how to hack and code?

How do I learn how to hack and code?
For the top hackers like Dank and Dracconus or however you spell it, where do people like them get the skills from? Does university courses provide sufficient knowledge? If so, I can take some as an elective.

But which ones? Do I have to learn C++? or Java? Or both? Or something else?

Well im a highschooler and im taking a programming class, where learning Dark Basic atm and then moving onto Java. I think it would give you an idea but idk if youll learn what you want.

Yeah i guess you could find lessons somewhere on the internet, how boring though

Trial and error.. Google.. Making friends who know more then you... Asking lots of questions... More trial and error... More question asking... Failures and more failures... Lots of facepalming... Sleepless nights... Google again??

lol this pretty much sums it up.
No but if you go in school, talk to a teacher and see if you can go "how to program in C++ A and B course" Dont know if it calls that in your country, but that what i did read in school, then all you can do after school is rejoin school or read yourself up. There are books out there (they will not learn you everthing, but give you an idea how things work), then just code, facepalm code, google and etc.. and you will get better and better
