I'm not taking any sides, but maybe if you're going to say a website is full of ******s when you're a staff member, he might want to think about things before he says it.
By being a staff member, he represents this website and it's community.
Even though this is just a forum for us, it's also a business.
If staff members are going to represent themselves and what they stand for that way, maybe he should spend more time thinking before posting.
