plz help me fast

hi MPGH
I have problem
when I start the game
and the patcher comes
it downloads one patch and then it says that it has failed
I start the game again and it starts well
but in game when I join a room it doesn't join it
it gives the message of connecting room and nothing happens after
plz help me
what shall I do

one second I'll upload them

now a new problem appeared
I could join the room
but I couldn't join game or even leave room
and it told me the there is error of host
just as in this image

I know I click it but I clicked it for about 1 minute and nothing happened
it shows itself back every time

this is the SS of connecting room server
and it takes time without connecting

, those are some pretty common errors. I believe the first one is due to the host having a bad connection, hence the reason why you are having trouble joining. The second error could just be a simple internet disruption. Reset/restart your router or modem and try again. Also, that ui mod you have installed, did you recently install it?

dude I reinstalled crossfire
and problem still with me
I also redownloaded it and nothing happened same errors
and I'm telling you that it is a problem from game not from router or internet
and btw what is UI ?

It's your internet. Those problems are caused by very poor internet connection.

Turn off your Anti Virus and Firewall .
Re download Cross Fire , uninstall Cross Fire delete the Z8Games Folder and re install .

I did all what you said before you tell me
and nothing happens
when I redownloaded and installed
the patcher didn't complete its patching
after it download the 1st patch it gives error says failed to download patch
and sometimes the x trap says files have moved

Run this test please and post results

Its because of your internet speed.
Check and see if you have any programs that also require internet connection, they might be hogging up your internet

To fix this, you must uninstall crossfire once more, and after you uninstall it delete your Z8 games folder(C:\Program Files (x86)\Z8Games), it always gets left behind with a few files.

That error appears commonly. Just try again on another room.
