Good gaming pc?
I'm thinking about buying a new pc since the laptop i have now cant take the modern games xP it can still take skyrim at minimum. but i customized a pc on a norwegian pc site and would like to know if these parts i chose are good for games that will come the next 1-2 years.
Core: AMD Phenom II X4 975 Black Edition Socket-AM3, Quad Core, 3,6Ghz, 6MB, 125W, Boxed
RAM: Kingston ValueR. DDR3 1333MHz 8GB, CL9 Kit w/2x ValueRAM 4GB DDR3
Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda® 7200.12 1TB SATA 6Gb/s (SATA 3.0), 32MB Cache, 7200RPM, 3,5"
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 6870 1GB GDDR5 PCI-Express 2.1, 2xDVI-I, 1xnative-HDMI, DisplayPort, Lite-Retail

Thanks
How much do you have to spend?
Definitely try and talk to @Alen
also this build is pretty old so make some upgrades to it and you'd be sweet

@Iverson954360
i have about 10000Kr to spend, not quite sure. that is about 1758$. but if i wait til xmas and my bday i migth have from 14000-18000Kr. the one i customized was around what i have, but i just want to know if i can make it better for not much more/less ;P
For that you can make a great PC
I'm not that good with them myself though
I'll make sure Alen see this though he would have the best advice for you.

Thanks
CPU: get the 955, it's good enough and far cheaper
RAM: if you're getting 1333MHz at least make it better than CL9 or go for higher frequencies (you can probs get cheap 1600MHz / CL8 ram)
HDD: absolutely stay away from Barracuda drives, get a Spinpoint F3 instead.
GPU: I would go with the 2GB version but meh, if you want the 1GB it's still worth buying
