Cleaning DVDs
What's a program that cleans dvds?
One of my DVDs is saying 46mb free out of 4gb but when It wont let me format etc
I've cleaned one of my disks before but I'm not sure how

Like reformatting it so it wipes it clean? If yes I think Nero does it.

Get some cloth and water and rub in circular motion.

@Ed I think I use Nero 8 or something lol.

Any should work but I would go for a newer one.
