yeah just redownload the game and don't use mods or anything like that and you should be fine .
If you mess up with injecting a Rez or having any problems you can just repatch it, not reinstall the game that will take 1 hour. http://www.mpgh.net/forum/attachment...ou-patcher.rar
Reinstall and you should be fine.
If anything, try reinstalling with your AV off, so that your AV doesn't block the creation of any of CA's files.
