{Request} Working CA Hack that doesn't require the Insert button.

Hello i have been looking high and low for a hack for Combat arms that does not require the Insert button. What i mean by that is that to use the hack mostly all hacks require you to click insert to get to the menu but my insert key doesn't work for whatever reason so i need an alternative hack that works any help? Please

Let me refrase what he said.
Can sombody make a hack that doesn't require the pop down menu to use the insert key on my keyboard or one that changes it to a different key because, Obviously like i said before it does not work.

Yes, you know how almost all hacks you press the insert button for the menu of the hacks like, OPK: OFF/ON.
He means can you change insert to another key because he cant use insert.
