Wondering the same thing. I paid via paypal for VIP in the hopes that you get a hack to download. Finding that this isnt the case. Payment verified through Paypal. Whats up? Did I just buy the thought that I could possibly have a Combat Arms hack? Do I even get a VIP tag or something for this fee?

Post a ss of the transaction. If your lieing your banned just no that.

Says payment was recieved. Do I need to contact paypal to have it reneged for services not rendered?

Update: Paypal indicates subscription created, funds have been withdrawn from my account to make the payment, but the payment has not been claimed, status "uncleared".

Dont post your transaction ID here. Now everybody can ask for vip if you didnt already send it to a gm..

Meaning your payment hasn't reached our PayPal, once it does, you will be automatically VIPed.
