This section is so dead.

Showrooms first page dates up to 1 week

We need to start advertising in other parts of this forum. Why none of you guys play games.

We need you guys to put an ad in your sig or some shit and I'll do the same. SOTW is the only half active thing in this section atm

We need noobies and shit who are willing to fill out requests and crap. I remember in '09 when this section was as active as CA. We just need more noobs and less elitists.

Please help me.

i've noticed, i think we scared off the newphs
though now is the time for them to come, with jimmy away and me completely inactive

Now is the time when I have to focus on my physics work.

Yeh sure ill give me some kind of ad for it, but doc you didnt even give an ad in your sig.

And yeh i need to focus on my Humanities and IS class, so its hard.

When elitests skare off noobs this happens. That is why I was so pissed off at this section and the gfx crew.

Create interest, give them a reason to come around... Do a workshop or something.

@Liz got any ideas? I wish there was a way for me to post SOTW in every single section. Boy that what get some traffic going.

Deader den what it used to be.

CA used to have all red servers. Now only two servers are red.

Make an announcement? Although Im not sure if minions can tbh... Ill check into it.

As far as workshops, basic teachings maybe. Pen-tooling,err blending, basic pieces, steps, brush use, etc.

You guys should get together with modders as well, for different games, and put your skills to good use.

Yeah I'll see if I can pull some peeps together for some sort of workshop dealio.

As for announcements I'll PM you on Sunday (your Sunday that is) for SOTW #17, I'll write up something attractive for it.

Also thinking about making the SOTW entry thread more image based for aesthetics, but I'm not quite sure how that would go down for Mobile users.

And then something so off-topic, just watched one of your youtube vids, huh. Your voice sounds a lot deeper than what I imagined in my head o.o Either that, or it was just the mic.

Unfortunately I ragequit designing, but I've got an idea: a design contest. Wouldn't be like SOTW, but still with VIp being given.
Make a contest for the best design of a game banner. For example you make a contest for CF banner, then the one who makes the best banner gets VIP or whatever.

Maybe stupid but better than nothing I guess.

The announcement thread title would be: "Design a game banner for your monthly supply of VIP"

This section is so dead.
