Spawn any item you want in Terraria! [Multiplayer] [1.1]
This is a tutorial on how to spawn any item for 1.1
Hello guys, I've been using this method for a while so I'm going to share it..
1) Download twistedmods client for 1.0.6 - VIEW THE ATTACHMENT FOR DOWNLOAD - Read below if you do not know how to set up a modded client -
2) Once you are using the twistedmods client, go to singleplayer, create a new character, world, etc.
3) When you are ingame, type .item Itemname - to get a list of item names go here Items - Terraria Wiki
E.G... if I were to spawn a Meteor Hamaxe, I would type .item meteor hamaxe
4) Once you are done, save your game, then exit. Now revert to the normal 1.1 client, click on multiplayer, select the character that you were just on, select your server, and you should see your item there!

To setup a modded client, first go to \Steam\steamapps\common , then you should see a terraria folder, rename that to terraria2, then paste the twistedmod folder in \common\, and rename that to terraria, then start terraria.

Or you create your Items with "TerrariaInvEdit"
