When I played the first CB it was TERRIBLE, so I upgraded my GPU and Gfx Card / runs smooth as hell with Ati based Gfx cards, the game's optimized for them actually.

If you just press V to use the HV cam but do it quick to conserve it, you can basically nonstop use it (if done right) and have chams for a bit until you need to fire as well /

There are glitches with the HV, if you time it PERFECTLY you can flicker the cam (i think you also need to get shot at the same time I haven't tested it out) but the HV cam flickers on and off extremely quickly until you hit V again. It gives like unlim HV cham time. It's hard to get to work, I did it twice on accident lol.

It's a cheap PC with a decent mobo that's set up so you can just constantly upgrade it and build your own rig.
