It's "This service is not available in your region" - It means you're unable to play crossfire because you're within the IP Restriction vicinity. Since you're from Europe, I recommend you play CF EU - which is suitable for your version only. If you still want to play CF NA, you can PM Austin about that account he mentioned - if he lets you have it.
