Hacks not working

I can't get any hacks to work whatsoever. It's not like I'm using non functional hacks either, and I've downloaded everything, .Net frame work, Visual C++ shit and other things that are apparently necessary to run hacks. I've never had a problem like this on any computer except the one I am using now. I tried running as admin, I've tried several different injector's, and hacks, and I've read tuturials on how to make hacks work. I'm quite experienced when it comes to running and using hacks, as I used to make them, but I can't for the life of me get any hacks to work on this computer. I'm willing to use teamviewer, I'm willing to even throw somebody a couple bucks via paypal if they can get things working.
