I've been trying to get crossfire to work.. this is the closest to anything SLIGHTLY usefull

Edit : i have a soultion , set a Compatabilty mode to Windows XP S2
That worked for me , and remember to run game as adminstrator.

Edit : i found real soultion , close Iobit malware Fighter , (Right click on the icon taskbar and then select exit)

Emm , try to disable ur antivirus , and anti malware , alsto set Compatability to XP S2 , And it should work..

That's odd - also why did you set the compatibility mode in the first place?

Close any programs that may be affecting G4Box.exe.

Also try running CF through the crossfire directory.... C:\Program Files\Z8Games\Crossfire\G4Box.exe
Or you could try running patcher_cf.exe - which should open crossfire without opening G4Box.
