I've done the same with cheat engine several times (Cheat Engine IS detected by vac) and not gotten banned yet. My guess is that you'll be just fine, but I can't say for sure

you will only get a ban when you changed the memory while you are ingame, so changing stats while playing for example

Yep, but people releasing hacks etc always states that you HAVE to close the program before playing, which isn't really true

no one has a layout for nothing. and the instant is hidden since mw2. thats shows thats it is not THAT easy to discover it, or that the programmers, able to do it, got more moral then such flaming kid. got it?

You figured it out so clearly it's not as difficult as you make it out to be,

hell I could probably under-pay some rogue c++ jockey to whip up an "instant EMP" gun attachment memory hack or whatever. The game is riddled with hacking as it is, and you might as well just give the world what they want before it's patched permanently.

-unlock all titles

Cuz manually pressing unlock XX emblem and unlock XXX title is kinda annoying =)

If you can't get an ac130 by kills/killstreaks you don't even need to play. MW3 is the easiest COD besides Black Ops!
