I wouldn't put this in the sticky categorie, a sticky is a thread which will stay usefull for a while, this will be done soon.

But I do recommend to make a list full of these stuff, like ZP tricks, these stuff etc then sticky it.

I guess but it would've been easier to just post the support ticket and phone way in one thread instead of having 2 stickies of how to retrieve your account.

True, that's a good idea.

Bad thing is that if your not in US and call CF then .. the phone bill will be millions (not millions but whatever)
