[Solved] help -.-

help -.-

i just RE-downloaded cf and reinstalled for the 3rd time..i keep getting this piece of shit error -.-

any1 knows how to solve this ? AND NO I DID NOT PUT ANY HACKS OR BYPASSES IN CF FOLDER.

@xslayerx15 Have you tried manually updating? In the cf folder there should be an application for that. I don't know the exact name and I'm currently on my mac so I can't check. Maybe try that :/

Use the Crossfire uninstaller
Install CF again
Use PC uninstaller
Install CF again
Should work.
if not contact Z8Games.

hmm me and takari tried teamviewer..still did not work..any1 else knows how to solve this XD?

@xslayerx15 when you uninstalled did you delete the crossfire folder or no? If no, delete the folder, then uninstall, and finally reinstall.

when i uninstalled cf i installed it on another folder...dose that make effect too?

That probably would even work? since the game defaults to that folder. delete them both then reinstall

alright ill try that

Run Patcher_CF.exe (not G4 box...)
If dont work, run ...selfupdate....exe (i dont know the excat name)
Take the "version.ini" from sbody (i dont have now sry), and put it into the cf folder...(maybe will patch itself)
If not work: uninstall, delete folder, and try to find all Cf addy in the registry and delete it, remove from the document, and destroy all file of Cf...
I hope it will work...

still didnt work -.- getting same error ..i even redownloaded it ..:/ do u think the problem in the file from z8games??

No... It just need 1 more patch what the Z8 dont included in the new download, it a simple micro patch, try to ask sbody to upload it or use torrent to download from sbody...

Try right clicking on the cf icon and go down to properties,click on the compatibility tab,and click on the check box. I don't know if it'll work but it's worth giving it a shot.
