Watery Blue Toy-Like M16 Mod (Second Release By Shadowmansi)

Well my first one wasn't so great so i thought id spice up the M16 turns out i added to much so it turned out like a toy thought it was cool either way so i'm gonna release it also just on a side note i plan to release multiple mods in .rar packages soon instead of just one at a time please leave a comment on what you think of it or any ideas for other weapons

I tried every way possible but it looks like its been approved so i guess that virus scan was good enough

Putting in a rar works. Your just doing it wrong.

Oh god. Overlay. And don't use such a bright pattern on a black gun. It will barely show up.
