Get your USB, and connect it to iTunes.

Well it could be because its jail broken but most likely not
Just do what it says
Or get someone to fix it for you
That's what I would do with broken stuff, or crashed stuff
Or find like an expert or people who specialize at those

Do you have Skype? and what iPhone do you have 3G 4G?
