Opening Command Prompt from MSPaint

Okay, so here is a normal 24 bit color .bmp file.


(It is supposed to be that small.)

Now, ******* changed it to a jpg, so using the above picture won't work.
So I attached the .bmp if you want to try it yourself.

Just take away the .bmp part and replace it with .bat. Then run it and you will be able to use command prompt anywhere!

How is this an exploit? Simply by changing the extension it will open any file with the default program associated with it. The thing is just that it can't read it.

It's not an exploit, it's simply changing the file extensions. Any IT dept worth their shit will be able to block this.
