Well instead if going through all that If you have a wireless router or any router just unplug it and plug it back in... That how I change my Ip to get around Ip ban from Gm's

Try using a program that utilizes proxies. It's super easy to find Elite-tier proxies.

That, or check out the Tor Project, which is also quite awesome.

Weird I have netgear to...... Have you ever tried to push the little reset button on the back. It should work because that who I get around Ip bans
