it will be empty if you forgot to turn off your anti virus...and it only works for win 7 32bit as what he said..get it'? -_-

its says the application was unable to start correctly (oxc0000142). click ok to close the application doesn't work i think

what OS do you have? if you have win7 64bit then yes it will say that kind of error
