Tappers used to shut down Ventrilo servers

I recently downloaded a Tapper that involves typing in your IP address. I've gotten really angry at a certain Ventrilo server (Private reasons). And I was wondering, Could I put in the IP of the vent server? ( ie. xx.xx.xx.xxx *Press Break Hotkey* )

I was just wondering If it could be used for those kind of reasons.. Thanks.
