I think the new requirements to send PM's are 50 posts.
That sucks :-( cos when i go to compose message, im not allowed. i just wanted to ask someone for coding help on a minecraft freecam :-\ thanks anyway!!
Its 15 posts. Just go to general section and talk there for 11 posts. Don't spam though.
It's really not that hard to get even 50 posts. Just discuss about something and it will be no time when you reach your goal.
