hi, my pass does not work but i never downloaded nx serveys or anything? I changed it like 2 times but still not work

You might be entering your username incorrectly. That, and free sur.veys have nothing to do with your password not working.

my friends told me the keylogger must have changed my username..

No one can change your username only password can be changed, normally when you change your password, you would receive a email saying that you have changed your password and such so I recommend you check your email, also if you have not requested one there will be a link provided in the email to reset it.

Closing this. Your username is consistent no matter what is done to your password. If you cannot log in, confirm your e-mail and password are correct or reset your password.
