addiction

Hi i would like you guy's view point on addiction's especially video games addiction
and i would like to know how many hour's you spend on the computer a day i spend about 3-5 hours a day in front of the computer and don't see my self as addicted

i remember when i had mw2 for the pc put over 500+ hours into it in like 3 months and maybe 1000+ hours in cf in like a year

I don't game on weekdays.
On weekends - 3-4 hours a day, but not all in one sitting.
the key is routine.

Weekdays - Like 5ish?
Weekends - shit loads if I'm not doing anything (10 hours?) and like 2 if I go out with friends or drink.

I'm on the computer 1-2 hours a day.

At which point does it go into an addiction?

Im addicted to uc2 8 hours a day keeps the pc away .
