need helpers/testers for my new minecraft server

Need some helpers to build a nice spawn. (max 8 player slots atm, when spawn is done, Ill increase to 100.)

I need some suggestions for plugins, have factions atm.

Not much of a coder, i dont know any plugins you could amplify your server with, needless to say its looking pretty official :]

Hehe, go to Config file or whatever it is the file where you set Slots , IP etc. , there is option ONLINE MODE = false

Its in server.properties file!
thats it , premium and cracked users can join!
