Happy , and sad thing.
Textures are amazing here at MPGH , and this essentially shut downs Combat Arms modifications entirely , from the .rez chams , which I admit I used , but I'm alright with there depature , and to the client you run.
I don't even know if we can go removing CHAR_T_BODY.rez anymore without the game being like NOOOOOPE .
I just wish we could modify textures , or that Nexon would let modders have their way in a closed scene that it wouldn't go further then it should ( like OPK or .rez chams ) .
I'm relatively upset that the .rez chams were patched , it means my KDR drops , but whatever , I look more legit in game , I've been ranking so it's overdue that I get legit and stay legit. I'm more upset for the people that developed .rez textures , but now have no reason to.

I'm going to miss modding. I loved messing around with weapon models and fixing the rate of fire on some of the guns such as the MP7, or the F2000, or being able to reload your guns faster and what not. Texture mods are not entirely gone though, so there is still that and changing the looks of the menu and some of the HUD. But many of the main mods are gone for good, and it just makes Combat Arms boring again. If anything, I would rather have hacks gone for good instead of modding because mods are less severe than hacks. But simply restricting the ability to mod on Combat Arms is not going to do anything for Nexon, or help the state of the game, it's still going to be the same for a long time.
