How do i avoid getting banned from steam?

I have aimbot, and wallhack which is undetectable but i was wondering if there is any way to avoid getting banned through reports of the players in the public match?

Yes, it will show your real name in the Barracks, but if you search for your name / others.
They won't find it

and Press CTRL + H ?

Nope, you can do the tutorial under it:
Enter own Nick Name:

 

For all that wonder.
This is easy to do:
Create a CE file and load this into it

1: Open notepad
2: Copy Paste code:

3: Save as all formates and choose name and at end add: .CT <- Makes it a Cheat Engine Table
4: Start CE, and Select MW3.
5: Load the CT.
6: Enter the value to 1
Now your name will be . in-game
But your steam name will be the same as before

Own Name Easy:

Now, on where it says TYPE
Double-Click and select Text.
Now enter your desired Nick Name

I added the Cheat Engine file you load when you have opened iw5mp.

Yes, you start MW3.
Then you press the green flashin button. (The PC)
And choose iw5mp.exe

Now, you just choose value to text and enter the text you want.
