What is your rune bonuses, and builds (in order)? and i use all attack speed, is that right or wrong?

i find last whisper better than Black Cleaver

Dunno if Black Cleaver in LoL PH has the same stats in LoL NA. But, I find Black Cleaver better than Last Whisper.

Those runes aren't that good IMO.
With 2 Phantoms you should be over 1.5 of AS (Enough)
I'd suggest you: If you're pro enough take Armor Pentration Marks, Armor Seals, Magic Per lvl Glyphs and Maybe AS, AD or Armor pen Quints.
If not: You can go all AD runes.
For build:
Berserek Shoes (Late game are changed to a phantom)
Infinity Edge
x2 Bloodthristers
x2 Phantoms (Counting the one that you'll buy changing the Boots)
The last slot is for an optional item: Armor, Magic Resist, Armor Pen, Health, AD, AS w/e u want.

You shall not be focusing a Rammus being AD char, it just kills you with his W and a Thormnail.

Just as Jazk said, you shouldn't focus on Rammus being an AD character.
