try UK servers or Alpha, Bravo, Charlie also chek ur internet connection
you live in US, then try going on US West Server. Don't go on UK, you get high ping.

always try playing on the servers closest of your place, nt letting other programs sue your bandwidth can help you too.

Where you live? Judging the flag on your profile you should just choose any American servers.

In Flushing, NY, you shouldn't be getting such a horrible ping. The main six servers (Alpha, Beta, Charlie, Delta, Echo, Foxtrot) are all located in Toronto, Ontario. You should be getting at least a ping of 30-50. Try flushing your DNS cache. Getting 200+ is just ridiculous.
How to flush your DNS cache... Go to cmd
Then type in ipconfig/flushdns
Wait till a message saying that it has completed flushing.
Then try running CF.

Outside links aren't allowed buddy. If you want to add the download, attach it in your post, and remember two virus scans and screenshots.
Also, location and your internet determine your ping... Mostly location in my opinion... Obviously if you live in NY, your ping is gonna be better in Alpha over UK, because you're closer to that place.
