Hey guys I was just wondering if there was anyway to see how many reports you have, or program

Reports? As in how many people have reported you on MW3? 
Not sure only Steam/Valve would have access to such data/statistics. Also, just a note about reporting players...

VAC does not ban based on reports. Such data is only used for tracking and statistics purposes.
Yeah but my old friend had a program that he could see how many reports he had but i cant find him on steam to ask him

Nope. Replies has nothing to do with VAC. They are handled fully by Steam.
Reports are used by some games. (I think valve games)
And if you got many reports you will be blocked from some of the servers.
So reports can get you blocked from SOME games - servers.
InfinityWard on twitter - people are reporting and submitting videos of hackers - with admins banning offenders from servers - more info on there
