I've known this for a while but didn't really want to publicize it. It can be used to use the hacks that force you to change your name. Here are the English instructions:
-Open Cheat Engine.
-Switch the search type to "Text"
-Tick the "Unicode" checkbox next to the search field
-Search your name (note: if it's been changed by an external application, search the name that the application changed your name to -- if you don't know what that means then ignore this note)
-Change the results to your new desired name.

This allows you to change what your name appears as in game, but if it's not your actual, original in game name you won't be able to type except for team chat and text macros.
