leveling scrolls (passionate, healthy...)

Do you need to finish certain quests to get these scrolls or are they automatically given to you?

Thanks.

wolb you don't get them automatically......you have to finish this quest called Desisive Battle for Marrec thats when that weird cat shows up in INN and you just go there and get the scrolls.....you have to finish some quests basically finish all the battle quests from lvl 1-10 <-- up to decisive battle. and u'll get the scrolls .. hope this helped.

All you have to do is talk to the cat in the Inn. There are quests, but the objectives are to simply level up to 66, 67, 68, and 69 for each of the four scrolls. If you are already level 69 then just talk to the cat to complete the quest and you will get the scrolls.
