IP Banned help?

Alright i been IP banned since over a month now i tried to change my IP Address (MAC) then i log in with my account and it says I have been suspended to abuse of terms of service i don't know what else to do any help?Everytime i change it im still banned.

Stop changing your IP and create a new account.

I just changed my IP right now and i accidently logged in my first account which i hacked on then i had made a new account and logged in it and said the same thing about terms of use change it again but just make a new account?

The IP changers you probably downloaded are for the net not games.
