Powerleveling? How fast?

I've never heard how power leveling was done.. I know.. I'm a noob... stop
I've heard mentions of LifeTaker and such... If so..
How long would it take to get from MSG3 to lets say.. 2LT1?
And lifetaker messes up your kills and deaths like crazy right? Will the player record change.. Change that?

Lifetaker is patched for NA, if Lifetaker worked for NA it would probably take you 3-4 games to get to MSG 4, and record reset would not reset your combos.
