Depot Broken

So my depot has been broken for over a year now. Nexon doesn't seem to care, so i was wondering if anyone in the hacking community knows what is causing it or how to fix.

Are you on NA? Turn off the proxy.

Oh. Well, your flag says something else. Whatever, no idea then. I get that error when I use the depot with a different IP than the one I logged in with.
