Windows 7 ?

Can i use windows 7 professional sp1 with this system ?
And can i play crossfire then again ?
And i dont know how to update the bios from m.b. because i have at the moment a problem with my graphic card when i watch videos or flash games its freeze after some seconds.

I Buy Windows7 Ultimate 32bit , i have 2, 1gb ram but when i push the another one to my m.b. then the computer not open the monitor not opening why ?_

Any integrated cards etc.? Does all your hardware support Windows 7?

no,Its working fine but In some games like:crossfire before windows 7 i haved in xp 110ping but at the moment 180 why ?
i install it my DVD Reader/Write not working then i put the dvd in Laptop and from my deskop pc i do it .)
