for reports they scan ur computer 4 the files and if they think the hack is something else like pics for example they wont ruin the hack or ban you!!!!!!!

It's illegal for them to access your computer to scan.
It's invasion of privacy and against your constitutional rights.

they can do w/e they want as long as they say it in the EULA that all of us "read and agreed" too. bottom line is, they own the game and have the right to make sure you arnt modifying it. the process of injecting a hack can be technicly be called copyright infringement, but it wont hold up in court because it modifys memory, which they do not own. idk its a big legal shmegal technical mess of 1's and 0's that i just think should be sacraficed like a cow in india

No, actually they can't.
They can NOT access files on your computer.
Even if stated in the TOS, it won't hold up in court.

Is impossible bcz all day i have a new number of my IP so is a job for the rest of theyr life, spending so much time looking for suspicious files, how much players of CA nexon have??

If a contract is not valid, like you agree to kill someone, and you sign, and you dont do it and he sues you, it will be dropped because the contract is not valid, you cant make someone do something illegall.

Simple they acess your pc you can Sue them so id say let them try

Some people are idiots....They cannot search your computer like people say...But that doesnt mean that combat arms cant send them things...Its 100% legal...For CA to send reports to there servers, Such as. The things within the nexon folder. But i doubt they do any of that because its a pain in the ass to do. Look how many people play CA,, you know how many people it would take to sift thru everyones Nexon folders.....So most of you are right and wrong at the same time. Others are just plain fucking stupid

i dunno but after this last patch I noticed files appear in my nexon/comabt arms folder that never showed before and they were debugging files created whenever game crashed because of hax. Of course i removed them but only appeared when game crashed no other time.

could files are sent to nexon lets them know what hax crashed ya and they patched cause shortly after my virtual jump got patched.

There is no such thing as "invasion of privacy", there is nothing in the Constitution that protects that. It does prevent from illegal searches and seizures but would that apply?
