It's a personal choice. Personally I <3 OOP and C doesn't offer that. Learn both, it's pretty easy. You'll learn a lot more about the machine you're working on.
C++ definatly.

Both..it depends
When you get buffer overruns, the microsoft Visual C++ will pop up, I do vb.net, so i don't know shit xD

it all depends on the game your hacking but usualy they and you will use c++
