need help!!! D:

Hi guys, I have recently been playing on the Nemesis Boosting Server, I was at level 31 and I leveled up to 34 but on my Battlelog page, it still says lvl 31 and I have -104775 xp to level up... So wil lthis update soon or am I stuck!!? also I can't change my dogtags, it lets me save and then it changes back... Please enlighten me!

why does it matter.. thats just 3 levels :L its nothing.. but they should be updated soon im pretty sure ?
