Crossfire Ticket !HELP!
Basically I send a refund ticket to Z8games for coupon refund on the day I exchanged the weapon in Black Market, its been almost 1 week now since I posted the ticket, and they never reply back....

They can't give your coupons back .

Yes they can, only if you made the support ticket within 24 hours of the purchase, but dont expect them to reply anytime soon thats z8games for you!

Well, I remember me sending them a major ticket about a complaint a month ago, they still haven't replied back to me.
