The title says it all .

You could try CryptoObfuscator. I use it, it seems to work fine - though who knows how easy it is to bypass it.

btw there's no e in program

I think I would suggest: SmartAssembly (Cracked)
Easy to get if you know your Google

SmartAssembly is also another one. Havent used it but heard good things. Got a link for the cracked version?
