THis is Relly BAsic.
But You Need to Write it by youre self.

So First download "C++" i use C++ 2008!
Now We Gona make a new empty RPoject!
add a new cpp File named "main"
Now Click alt+F7 Configurtion properties>general
chance configuration type to .dll!
Now Go to youre file "main.cpp"
en type the next code!
