Some people may be hosting online lobbies for BLOPS but they can be found on other forums and I can't disclose that information to you, but the work required in order to run your own lobby is extensive at this point in time.

I doubt there are challenge lobbies.

However, there are numerous free XP lobbies, and a prestige hack. Both methods require 3.55 PS3s in order to host. I purchased a prestige hack for 7$ about 3 weeks ago, which granted:
-14th, 15th, 16th prestige (whichever you desire)
-2,500,000 COD points (guaranteed no ban)
-150,000 kills
-50,000 deaths
-16.00 win loss ratio
-15th prestige animated callsign background

LOL. I hosted a XP lobby on my account I dont use as much and got banned XD

If you have 7$ available on your paypal, then this service would be great. I can hook you up via skype or something, since it's on another website and i'm not allowed to include outside links I think.
