Graphics Card {?}

The integrated Intel gpu is most likely only suited for office needs and has nowhere close to enough power for proper gaming. The ATI card is , it's nothing special but it should handle games like CF without too much difficulty. As for other games, I would stick to 720p and medium settings-ish, because I doubt you'll get over 30fps on any newer game at a high res with that card. Oh and since it looks like it's a laptop, don't forget to adjust your power plan when gaming, it can make quite a difference.

You most likely have multiple power plans or w/e they're called, such as powersaving, that would default graphics stuff to the Intel gpu or at the very least lower clocks and reduce the power requirements on the Ati card and high performance plans that would remove all restrictions and place the whole workload on the Ati card. And you can't just "download" video cards, they're physical things, you know?

You tried downloading one and it worked? Well we shouldn't see that kind of graphics card then if you really downloaded one graphics cards are made in your computer you might have been talking about video players with high graphics? Or viewers

You're most likely talking about drivers for Nvidia's GeForce series. However with an ATI/AMD card, you should be looking to get AMD's Catalyst control center and the corresponding drivers

tl;dr downloading gfx cards is such utter bullshit that it makes me want to facepalm myself to death.
