Anyone know how to stop fps lag?

First of all, what kind of FPS do you get without hacks.

Second, computer specs?

well i don't know any programs to run fps that's why i used the fps thing on the hack it was saying 18-20 and i wasn't lagging at all when 8 seconds later my fps drops to 9 or below result in a lag spike. (But Note that this only happens when i set CA engine.exe priority to low) if i don't set it to low its no lag spikes but i crash. I was stetting engine.exe priority to low for a while now to stop the crashing from last year idk why its spiking my fps when i do it now.

im running:

Windows7 ultimate
64 bit
RAM-3GB
Graphics ATI radeon 3200

3 Gb of ram and using windows 7 64 bit?
Either Get 1 more GB of ram or downgrade to Windows 7 ultimate 32 bit.
Also Your card is very old consider upgrading it.

Get 1333+ mhz ram, 4-6 GB,

And give me your processor specs.

Oh, and upgrade to a 6000 series for about 50$.

Probably 50-70 $ at your local electronics store.
