can u help me guys does any one can say to me a program that my speed the internet and low the ping plz help my ping is:277

Use game boster will make your ping low

Gamebooster=Affects FPS.

No program can affect your ping bro.. Ping=depends on your internet connectivity.
Just like what @-BiESi said, there is no program that speeds your internet connection...I mean what the hell.

but it doesnt do anything the same ping!!!!!!!

EDIT: There is one way to decrease your ping for about 15~ ish, and this is how you do it.

#1. Go to run.
#2. Type "cmd"
#3. Hit enter.
#4. You have to type in something like ipflush or something I forgot what the code was ask @Hero or somethin idk

yeah dude gamebooster doesn't affect your ping at all.

3rd: write ipconfig/flushdns

this should decrease ur ping by 5 or sth

If u got a laptop. Go sit closer to your wifi modum and make sure that cf is the only pogram running at the moment

wait are you using wireless? or cable?

get better internet

The closer you are to servers, the better ping you'll have. As well, the better the internet, the better the ping. There isn't really any program that can help you.
