Installation :Place files from FILES TO INSTALL.rar archive to "steamapps/common/counterstrike global offecnsive/csgo and replace everything . When you done put panasonic.Vpk from panasonic.rar into "csgo/addons" and you done
Update: removed Flashbang effect fully

Still old Version al0816 , why? ok you removed flash effects , but you still use color bugs in your so called" updated version" try to fix the "Head Errors" and remove the pink "explosive" like i did in my version. Or you recolour the explosive how about that?

You also can make the Players more bright shining , by removing the "shared.vmt`s" , just a tip , me testing this succesful , maybe helpful for you
