Yes. The program is called Pwnage. It used to be very popular, and used a lot, until the migration of all of the alternate accounts. Now, it's almost useless unless you somehow have a good amount of alts. The more alts, the more spambots that join a server. That's why all those accounts joined and left because he put in his alt list, and basically the program joined the alternate accounts using fresh proxies.
PWNAGE sells for 15$ I believe. Platinum also has a PWNAGE programmed within it, but it's only for cracked/offline servers.
